The President is responsible for coordinating and ensuring consistency within the Junior Enterprise’s core actions. He is therefore in charge of strategy as well as external connections: he is the designated person of contact for our partners and for the various consultants from our school and from the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises. He develops as well N7 Consulting’s image.
The Quality department is at the core of N7 Consulting’s activities: it is in charge of the quality of the studies monitoring, in order to guarantee our clients’ and consultants’ satisfaction. This includes as well the respect of the studies’ legal and ethical aspects. It has a critical part to play within the Junior Enterprise, while guaranteeing a continuous improvement of our structure thanks to the control of each department’s performances.

The Communication Department’s mission is to manage the image of our Junior Enterprise both on our social networks and with our main stakeholders. They write articles, produce visual supports and publications in order to keep updated our clients, prospects, students and other Junior Entrepreneurs on our activity on a daily basis. They also supervise events and manage the preparation for prizes N7 Consulting wants to compete in.

The HR department main goal is to ensure a good communication between the various stakeholders in our Junior Enterprise. Therefore, their role is to enforce a strong cohesion between the different departments, in order to maintain an optimal communication between our administrators, to orchestrate the recruitment of consultants and administrators, and to promote relationships between N7 Consulting and its alumni.
The Treasury department is the one coordinating the bookkeeping and financial management of N7 Consulting. Its budget management supports the Junior Enterprise strategy. They are responsible as well social and fiscal declarations and financial analysis.

Commercial Development Department
The Commercial Development Department is among the youngest within N7 Consulting. It is composed of 3 members: a Commercial Manager, a Commercial Supervisor and an International Manager. They collaborate in order to develop the commercial activity of our Junior Enterprise. They are our representatives and manage the first approach with businesses.
Project Monitoring Department
The Project Monitoring Department, run by the Vice President, is composed of Project Managers, who are the main spokespersons establishing the link between the client and the consultant during an operation. They are in charge of one or more studies, and are responsible for their smooth unfolding.
The Chargé d’Affaires Department
The Chargé d’Affaires Department is a well-balanced mix between the Commercial Development and Project Management Departments. The Chargé d’Affaires has as a main goal to solicit clients in order to find new studies for our Junior Enterprise. His main activity is thus the redaction of commercial offers in agreement with clients technical specifications and to follow their progress.
Direction of Information Technology
The Direction of Information Technology Department is N7 Consulting’s most technical body: the information system supervisors help with first client appointments and cost estimates thanks to their networks and technical skills.They are responsible as well for our ERP/CRM Jeyser maintenance in order to keep it performing all year long.
